Warranty, Return, and Exchange Policy
• - The company guarantees one return or exchange of the product only, provided it is not defective, within 48 hours of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition, unopened and undamaged, and the return or exchange fee (from 150 to 500) will be charged based on the customer's location.
• - The customer must inspect the product and ensure it is free from any damage before the delivery person leaves. Signing the delivery note or shipping label constitutes confirmation of the product's condition.
• - The customer has the right to cancel the order on the online store within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, the order cannot be canceled.
• - The company is not responsible for goods reserved for more than 45 days from the purchase date.
• - The company guarantees delivery of products only once. Any additional delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
• - The warranty does not cover mattress softness. Mattresses should be rotated periodically to maintain their shape during the warranty period.
• - The warranty does not cover misuse (breakage, cuts, liquid spills, soiling of the outer fabric, or stains).
• - Mattresses manufactured outside the Kingdom have a 10-years replacement warranty, while those manufactured within the Kingdom have a 5-8 years replacement warranty.
• - Mattresses will be replaced only once during the warranty period if they meet the specified conditions.
• - Mattresses will be replaced or serviced if they are found to have settled 3 cm below the mattress surface, as determined by a maintenance technician's report.
• - The warranty does not cover mattresses placed on springs or beds with widely spaced or broken wooden slats.
• - Beds have a 10-years warranty on wood and a 2-years warranty on fabric or leather (maintenance only).
• - Recliner chairs have a 2-years warranty on the metal mechanism (maintenance only).
• - Recliner chairs, once received from the customer and unpacked, cannot be exchanged or returned except in cases of manufacturing defects.
• - Electrical products come with a 2 year warranty. This warranty does not cover electrical fluctuations, improper connection, or misuse.
• - If spare parts are unavailable, they will be ordered from the country of origin within 90 days.
• - The warranty is void if the product is repaired by authorized service centers or individuals outside the company.
• - If a product is returned or exchanged after receipt, a delivery fee (from 150 to 500) will be deducted, depending on the product and the customer's location.
• - If a product is unavailable for any reason, the company reserves the right to request a replacement of the same or higher price, with the customer responsible for paying the price difference.
• - Once the customer has confirmed the custom specifications and completed the purchase, returns and exchanges are not permitted. (Some specifications may be modified after customization at a mutually agreed-upon cost).
• - Mattresses purchased during promotional periods can be exchanged or returned within 24 hours of purchase, provided the customer has received the product.
• - Custom-sized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
• - Pillows, cushions, and mattress pads cannot be exchanged or returned once opened for health and safety reasons.
• - In case of a return, the refund will be processed within 10-15 Works days from the date of the return. Bank fees will be deducted if the payment was made via Visa.
• - If purchased through an installment plan, the order is non-refundable, and the company is not responsible for any amounts paid by the customer.
• - The color of the product displayed on the online store may differ slightly from the actual product due to variations in lighting during photography. We guarantee an 80% match.
• - The website reserves the right to cancel any order if an error occurs, such as an incorrect price, if the product is out of stock, or if we suspect it is a fraudulent order.
• - If a product is available in multiple colors on the online store, the color selected by the customer will be applied to the entire product (one color), unless the customer specifies otherwise in the order notes.
• - We reserve the right to contact the order recipient directly via phone or WhatsApp.
• - In case of any confusion or disagreement regarding the exchange, return, or warranty policy, please refer to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
Bedding Warranty Conditions:
• - The warranty is conditional upon adherence to the washing instructions for each product as detailed in the online store.
• - Bedding: 12 months warranty against clumping of the inner filling and discoloration.
• - The warranty consists of a replacement of the product with the same or a similar product if the original product is no longer available. No refunds are offered.
• - The warranty does not cover misuse.
