Warranty, Return, and Exchange Policy
• - The company guarantees the return or exchange of a product for one time only, unless there is a manufacturing defect, within 48 hours of receipt of the product, provided it is in its original condition as sold, without removing or opening the packaging.
• - The customer must inspect the product and ensure it is free of any damage before the delivery representative leaves. Their signature on the receipt or shipping policy constitutes their acknowledgement of the product's integrity.
• - The company guarantees the delivery of products for one time only; otherwise, the customer will bear any additional costs.
• - The warranty does not cover the softness of the mattress, and the mattress must be rotated periodically to maintain it during the warranty period.
• - The warranty does not cover misuse (breakage, cuts, liquid spills, soiling of the outer fabric, or stains).
• - Mattresses manufactured outside the Kingdom are guaranteed for a 10-year replacement period, and mattresses manufactured in the Kingdom are guaranteed for a 5-8 year replacement period.
• - Mattresses are guaranteed for replacement only once during the warranty period if they meet the aforementioned conditions.
• - Mattresses are guaranteed for replacement or maintenance if they sink 3 cm below the mattress surface, according to a maintenance technician's report.
• - The warranty does not cover mattresses placed on springs or beds with loose or broken wooden slats.
• - Beds are guaranteed for a 10-year period on wood and a 2-year period on fabric or leather (maintenance only).
• - Recliner chairs are guaranteed for a 2-year period on the metal mechanism (maintenance only).
• - Recliner chairs are guaranteed for a 2-year period after the customer's order has been received and the packaging has been unpacked.
• - Electrical products are guaranteed for a 2-year period. The warranty does not cover fluctuations in electrical current, improper electrical connection, or misuse.
• - If spare parts are unavailable, they must be ordered from the country of origin within 90 days.
• - The warranty is invalid if the product is repaired by maintenance centers or outsiders.
• - In the event that a product is returned or exchanged after receipt, a delivery fee (from 150 to 500 riyals) will be deducted, depending on the product and the customer's area.
• - If the product sold is unavailable for any reason, the company reserves the right to request that the customer replace it with another product of the same or higher price, with the customer paying the difference.
• - After the customer confirms the details and completes the purchase, returns and exchanges are not permitted. (Some specifications may be modified after customization, at a cost to be determined and agreed upon.)
• - If mattresses are purchased during the promotional period, the exchange or return must be made within 24 hours of purchase once the customer receives the products.
• - Products with special sizes cannot be exchanged or returned.
• - Pillows, insulators, and mattresses cannot be exchanged or returned once opened for health and safety reasons.
• - In the event of a return, the amount will be transferred to the customer within 10-15 business days from the return date, and the bank percentage will be deducted if payment was made by Visa.
• - If the purchase was made through installment companies, the order cannot be modified, and the company is not responsible for any amounts paid by the customer.
• - The color of the product displayed on the online store may differ from the actual product due to lighting changes at the time of photography. We guarantee an 80% match rate.
• - The site reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of an error, such as an incorrect price, out-of-stock items, or suspicion of fraudulent orders.
• - If more than one color is available for the product in the online store, the color chosen by the customer will be applied to the entire product (one color) unless the customer states otherwise in the notes box upon completion of the order.
• - The company is not responsible for holding merchandise for more than 45 days from the date of purchase.
• - We reserve the right to contact the order holder directly via phone or WhatsApp.
• - In the event of any ambiguity or disagreement regarding the exchange, return, or warranty policy, reference must be made to the laws of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
Mattress Warranty Terms:
• - The warranty requires adherence to the washing instructions for each product as described in the online store.
• - Mattresses: 12 months against internal filling bunching and discoloration.
• - The warranty includes a replacement for the same or similar product if the original product runs out. There are no cash refunds.
• - The warranty does not cover misuse.
